Matt Brennan, the founder of Loveland Excavating and Paving, knows the importance of placing the right people in key roles. He has mentored many team members who started their careers with Loveland Excavating and Paving as laborers and now serve in leadership roles.

Eric Hazlett, our President and Chief Operating Officer, grew up in the industry. He has served in nearly every capacity of the business and understands the finite details of the work we do. He oversees the day-to-day operations, while ensuring strong client relationships through quality performance.

Our leadership and field management staff average over 20 years of experience in their respective fields, which provides us with a solid framework. These industry veterans lead an outstanding team of operators and laborers, all of whom treat their job as their craft. Pride of workmanship is something we place a high premium on.
